The Gorenjski glas newspaper is the main local newspaper of the Gorenjska region in Slovenia. Due to a decline in sales, our client decided on an extensive content change and a redesign of newspaper. Content needed to be arranged - and this was followed by the design stage. Then, design systematization was followed by the optimization of the work processes, which became simpler and more clearly defined.
